Yes. Every payment is processed end-to-end through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway, and we never see or store your full card number.

Question 2

How does Cash on Delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery lets you pay in cash when your order arrives. It's offered where our courier delivers with COD for your pincode, and there is no separate COD fee: the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Question 3

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking, and Cash on Delivery, all processed securely through Razorpay. No card details are ever stored on our servers.

Question 4

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't been packed yet, we can cancel it.

Question 5

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Not yet — we currently ship only within India.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on your pincode. Once your order ships, you can follow it with the courier's tracking details.

Question 7

How is my order packed for a multi-item purchase?

Accepted Answer

Larger orders are split into separate parcels by weight and fragility, so a heavy tray doesn't crush a delicate varmala.

Question 8

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Question 9

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout from your delivery pincode. There is no free-shipping offer.

Question 10

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging; customized items (engraved trays, name cards) can't be returned unless defective.

Question 11

How do I request a return or exchange?

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it, as described in our Returns policy.

Question 12

Will I get a refund or store credit?

Accepted Answer

You can choose either — a refund to your original payment method takes 5–7 business days, while store credit is issued instantly and never expires.

Question 13

What's included in a pooja thali set?

Accepted Answer

Most sets include a base tray, a small kalash, kumkum and haldi containers, a diya, and a rice bowl — exact contents are listed on each product page since sets vary.

Question 14

Can items be customized with a name or date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, brass and steel trays can be engraved with a name or wedding date, and select cards can be personalized — add a note at checkout or reach out via Bulk Enquiry before ordering.

Question 15

Are the shagun coconuts real coconuts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they're real dried coconuts, hand-wrapped in foil and thread — not artificial replicas — so slight natural variation in size and shape is normal.

Question 16

How do I know the varmala will match my wedding colors?

Accepted Answer

Every varmala listing shows close-up photos of the actual flower and thread colors used; if you need an exact shade match, message us on WhatsApp with your reference photo before ordering.

Question 17

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Use the Track My Order page with your order number and phone — no login required.

Question 18

Do I need an account to place an order?

Accepted Answer

No, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and reorder faster next time.

Question 19

How do I update my saved address?

Accepted Answer

Go to My Account > Addresses, where you can edit, delete, or set a new default delivery address at any time.

Question 20

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Accepted Answer

Password reset by email isn't available yet. Contact us and we'll help you reset it.

Question 21

Do you offer bulk pricing for large weddings?

Accepted Answer

Question 22

Can you handle corporate gifting orders?

Question 23

What's the lead time for bulk orders?

Plan for 10–14 days on bulk or customized orders, longer during peak wedding season (October–February) — earlier enquiries get priority production slots.
